Offering a choice of six stunning reception venues right on the ocean, the Mindarie Marina can cater for weddings seven days a week for breakfast, lunch or dinner, cocktail style or banquet seating.

Poolside Ceremonies
The Poolside venue is an idyllic outdoor option for that special wedding ceremony.
Surrounded by palm trees in a beautiful garden setting, the poolside area makes a stunning back drop to your special day before moving into the Marina Function Centre to enjoy your reception.
Poolside ceremonies include:

Harbour Room
One of the most sought after venues, the Harbour Room boasts magnificent floor to ceiling views over the Mindarie Marina.
The venue is refreshingly stylish and spacious with a large balcony overlooking the marina.
Catering for up to 200 guests cocktail style and 110 guests banquet style.
Venue Hire Fee: $750.00
Keys Room
The Keys Room is an ideal venue for smaller wedding receptions with an outdoor verandah area over looking the tropical garden and pool.
Catering for up to 100 guests cocktail style and 65 guests banquet style.

Harbour and Keys Room
For larger receptions, the Harbour and Keys rooms can be combined to create a beautiful open space.
With impressive views of the Marina and the tropical pool, and access to the verandah area, this facility can cater for up to 300 guests cocktail style or up to 180 guests banquet style.
Venue Hire Fee: $1000.00
Mermaid Lounge
Available only at selected times, the Mermaid Lounge is a beautifully appointed room including a private bar and balcony with magical views over looking the Indian Ocean.
Catering for up to 100 guests cocktail style or up to 60 guests banquet style.
Venue Hire Fee: $450.00
Sunset Lounge
The Sunset Lounge is on of the most sought after venues at Mindarie Marina. Available for cocktail style weddings only, the Sunset Lounge has stunning sweeping views across the Marina.
Come and experience it for yourself. You won't find a more idyllic venue for your perfect wedding day. Catering for up to 120 guests.
