The Board Room
With its simple, classic style and picturesque views of the Marina, the Boardroom is perfect for corporate off-site strategic planning sessions and formal meetings.
Ideal for up to 12 people.
Venue Hire Fee: $275 (4 hrs or less) $395 (day rate)
The Harbour Room
One of the most sought after venues, the Harbour Room boasts magnificent floor to
ceiling views of the Marina.
The venue is stylish and refreshingly elegant and can cater for up to 200 guests cocktail style, up to 120 guests for banquet style or 180 guests theatre style.
Venue Hire Fee: $450 (4hrs or less) $600 (day rate)
Keys Room
The Keys room is ideal for those smaller meetings and has access to an adjoining
outdoor verandah area for ‘breakout sessions’.
Over looking the tropical garden and pool, it is the perfect choice for conferences and meetings of up to 80 delegates for banquet or theatre style seating and up to 100 guests for a cocktail style function.

Harbour and Keys Rooms
For larger corporate events. the Harbour and Keys room can be combined to create a beautiful open space. Impressive views of the marina and the tropical pool side and access to the verandah area make this an ideal choice for catering for up to 300 guests cocktail style or 200 guests banquet style.
Venue Hire Fee: $650 (4hrs or less) $900 (day rate)
Mermaid Lounge
Available only at selected times, the Mermaid lounge is a beautifully appointed room with a private bar and balcony with panoramic views over looking the Indian Ocean.
Perfect for those more relaxed corporate parties and celebrations, the Mermaid Lounge caters for up to 100 guests cocktail style or 55 guests banquet style.

The Sunset Lounge
Come and experience it for yourself. This magnificent venue has truly stunning views over the Marina and Indian Ocean.
You won't find a more idyllic venue for your office sundowner or Christmas party. Catering for up to 120 guests in a cocktail style function.
