CURRENT VACANCIES

HOTEL RECEPTIONIST

We are currently looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist. This is a part time position and the role will include some weekend work. 

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

- Managing incoming calls for the busy Mindarie Marina Hotel and staff 
- Accepting reservations and processing for both individuals and groups
- Check-in and Check-out
- Charging and settling of guest accounts
- Handling queries from in-house and external guests
- Administration duties

To be considered, you must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, posses excellent communication skills, have a confident approach to front office systems and a team spirit. 

You need to have a great personality, high level of personal grooming, positive nature, a "can do" attitude. You must also be an organised person with attention to detail.
